Health and Social Care Training and Recruitment in Newham
and East London
Senas Care Training has been established in direct response
to the growing demand for quality training in health and
social care linked to national standards.
SENAS CARE TRAINING is about empowering people to make
informed choices. We offer skills audit and assist people
to recognise existing and transferable skills. Which means
our students only receive training they actually need
to achieve the levels of competence they deserve and want.
Individuals can expect to receive a complete package
from personal counselling to career enhancement opportunities,
from drawing up a continuous plan for development, learning
support throughout and guidance thereafter.
Organisations receive capacity building and quality control
systems set-up support. We are not a charity but we are
very supportive of any charitable organisations particularly
those offering services to BME communities.
We are part of a consortium that shares a view of ensuring
consistency of quality of services, particularly in training
and employment. The consortium has eight training providers
and sixteen employment agencies at present. We also work
with many voluntary and statutory organisations like HomeStart,
SureStart, Care in Diversity, Futures4All, Ghanian Women,
African Caribbean People’s Organisation, LifeForce,
NewStart London, Ethiopian People Empowerment Project,
Islamic Women in West London, Ebenezer Community Learning
Centre and many more.
All of our staff have had long experience of working
to QCA standards and NTO’s Criteria.
Our rolling programs ensure students do not have to wait
for academic time-tables and may start their courses any
time of the year.
The option of attending modules at one or more of our
consortia members offers even more flexibility by extending
and/or shortening the time to completion for our students.
